People’s Artist of Ukraine, Professor Serhiy Podervianskyi (1916–2006) lived the greater part of his life in Soviet times. However, his creativity was outside the mainstream of art of socialist realism to which he rendered minimal tribute.

Landscapes of Ukraine, Russia and Armenia created in various years (from student sketches till the last pastels by the artist)

The exhibition represents oeuvre of the artist, whose works are the integral part of full and actual picture of previous century’s Ukrainian art development. Works by Boris Rappoport are the precious objects of many museum and private collections in Ukraine and world-wide.
