For the first time in Kyiv, from February 3 to March 7, 2021, at the National Art Museum of Ukraine, Van Cleef & Arpels House of High Jewelry presents the exhibition "Art of Clip", which will feature brooches from a private collection that has been constantly replenished since the 1980s. The exhibition brings together more than 80 amazing masterpieces created in the years 1910-1970, and allows you to trace the development of decorative arts and fashion of the XX century. Visitors to the exhibition will have a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the universe of the House and learn more about its legendary decorations.

Working hours:

Wednesday - from 10:00 to 19:00 (ticket office is open until 18:30),

Thursday - from 10:00 to 16:00 (ticket office is open until 15:00),

Friday - 11:00 to 20:00 (ticket office open until 19:30)

Saturday - from 11:00 to 20:00 (ticket office is open until 19:00).

Sunday - from 10:00 to 19:00 (ticket office is open until 18:00),

 

Monday, Tuesday - days off.

Every working day the break for disinfection lasts from 14:00 to 14:30.

Entrance ticket price: 150 UAH, discount ticket (schoolchildren, students, pensioners) - 50 UAH.

As part of the "Art of Clip" exhibition, Van Cleef & Arpels House invites you to take part in an online educational program at the National Art Museum of Ukraine: L'ÉCOLE School of Jewelry with the support of Van Cleef & Arpels on February 11 at 19:00, The Art of Brooches .

Speakers: Gislen Okremann, L'ECOLE lecturer, art historian, and Marie-Laure Cassius-Duranton, L'ECOLE lecturer, art historian and gemologist. Lecture on the history of brooches from the ancient Roman fibula to a modern accessory.

As part of the exhibition "Art of Clip" House Van Cleef & Arpels from February 20 at www.buro247.com.au a recording of a lecture on the topic: "Precious Century: the reflection of time in jewelry" will be available
Speaker: Tatiana Solovey, Editor-in-Chief of BURO
The lecture is devoted to the influence of the style of the era on decorative techniques in jewelry.
