07.06.2019 Presentation of Mykola Ridny's "Face to the Wall" catalogue
The "Face to the Wall" edition was printed on the occasion of the personal exhibition of Mykola Ridny in the Labyrinth Gallery in Lublin. The exhibition was the most extensive presentation of the artist's works in Poland and combined video installations, photographic series and collages created in 2011-2018. The catalog is published in three languages: Ukrainian, Polish and English.
The presentation will be held with the participation of the artist, authors of the texts of the catalog Kateryna Yakovlenko and Yakuba Maymurek.

Mykola Ridny is a Ukrainian artist, film director and publicist. Graduated from Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts. Co-founder of the artistic group SOSka, co-editor of the online edition Prostory. His works are in Pinakothek's contemporary art collections in Munich, the Ludwig Museum in Budapest, the Neuer Berliner Kunstverein, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Warsaw, the V-A-C Foundation in Moscow, and others. His films were featured at numerous exhibitions of contemporary art and film festivals, including the 55th and 56th Venice Biennale of Contemporary Art, the Center for Contemporary Art and Media in Karlsruhe, the Transmediale at the Berlin House of Cultures, the 35th Documentary Film Festival in Kassel and others.
