On Sunday, April 11, at 12:00 we invite children and teenagers aged 12-16 to join a master class on digital collage on the ZOOM platform.

The master class "Merge Visible" is designed specifically for the exhibition "Disciplined Vision" by contemporary Ukrainian artist Lada Nakonechna. On the example of the artist's works, which are now exhibited in the halls of NAMU, participants will consider the artistic method of Nakonechnaya, used in a series of works "Merge Visible".

The curator of the master class Marina Leontieva will talk about how technical innovations have affected the collage, will introduce the basics of creating a digital collage in graphic editors and will show how to use this knowledge in practice. The online lesson will consist of two stages:

• Theoretical. Participants will learn about the history of collage development from avant-garde techniques to the changes it has undergone due to such technical innovations as photomontage, video collage and digital collage.

• Practical. Children will be able to create their own digital collage, using the function in a graphic editor, which was used in a series of works "Merge Visible" artist Lada Nakonechna.

On Friday, April 9, we will send e-mails to all registered participants, detailing the software and online resources you need to prepare for the class. For convenience, we recommend that you connect to the lesson from a computer.
